By accessing or using MyCareerShield ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyCareerShield provides AI-powered career displacement risk analysis. Results are probabilistic assessments based on available data and AI modelling — they are not guarantees or professional career advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.
4. Payment & Refunds
Full report access is a one-time payment. Due to the immediate digital delivery of AI-generated reports, we do not offer refunds unless the report fails to generate or is factually incorrect in a material way. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for any issues.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the AI models, scrape data at scale, resell report content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content generated by MyCareerShield, including risk reports, is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not republish or redistribute report content commercially.
7. Disclaimer
Risk scores are probabilistic estimates, not deterministic predictions. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes. Use assessments as one input among many in career decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCareerShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
